Refund Policy
Due to the curated and often one-of-a-kind nature of our pieces, sales are generally considered final.

We encourage all clients to review items carefully prior to purchase.
​
If an item arrives damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence. Each case will be reviewed individually and, where appropriate, we may offer repair, replacement (subject to availability) or store credit.
​
We are not responsible for damage occurring after delivery, or for delays, duties or fees imposed by customs authorities.
​
Custom orders and specially sourced pieces are non-refundable.
​
Any exceptions to this policy are considered at our discretion and confirmed in writing.
